Almost everybody who fails the theory test had been diligently clicking through the app beforehand. That is not a coincidence — it follows from how the app works.
Why learning by heart does not hold
By the twentieth time you see a question, you recognise the picture rather than the rule. In the test that same rule turns up in a situation you have never seen, and recognition has nothing to grip. Class turns it round: understand the rule first, and the questions then practise it.
The two topics you really need
Topics 13 and 14 are compulsory additional material for class B. You have to have attended each at least once before you can even be entered for the test — that is § 4 FahrschAusbO. Miss it and you stand there fully prepared and still not allowed to sit it.
What works well
- Come regularly, rather than cramming it all into one week.
- Repeat the topics you find hard — that costs nothing extra.
- Use the app to check yourself, not to learn from.
- Look at the answers you got wrong instead of clicking past them.
No pressure
We only enter you for the test when we think you are ready. Failing costs you money and time — there is nothing in it for us in sending you too early.
The 14 topics run here on a continuous loop. You can join at any point and miss nothing, because topic 14 is followed by topic 1.
